Commercial scope & terms

Pricing & commercial terms

Define the core workspace, specialized modules and workflow automations your team needs with a clear, structured scoping process.

How scoping and pricing work

ExaDash combines a ready-to-use operational core with tailored modules and workflow automations. Because installations range from standard core deployments to multi-role environments with custom sector modules, proposals are scoped individually rather than sold through rigid per-seat tiers.

Before preparing a commercial quotation, we conduct a focused workflow mapping session with your team to identify which processes use the baseline core, which benefit from specialized modules or automations, and how data preparation and onboarding will be structured.

Discuss your requirements

What a tailored proposal covers

  • Workflow mapping and operational scope definition.
  • Core desktop workspace (Customers, Quotes, Projects, Receivables) and selected specialist modules.
  • User roles, workstation/LAN installation scope and permission boundaries.
  • Initial data preparation, team onboarding, software updates and maintenance.
  • Optional AI provider integration and any separate third-party API usage terms.
  • Deployment schedule, licence model and renewal conditions.
  • Dedicated post-sale technical support and assistance packages.

Every item above is defined transparently in writing within your commercial proposal before any commitment.

Commercial terms & rollout agreement

Licence scope, rollout milestones, support coverage, payment schedules and renewal or cancellation terms are agreed individually as part of each written proposal. This website does not process online checkouts or create automated billing accounts.
